Job Summary:

The Junior Software Engineer creates, tests and documents pieces of software for the Asset Control product suite. He participates in the design process by executing analyses and making prototypes.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Deliver robust, efficient and maintainable software for new features and components, able to integrate the delivered software within the larger project
• Able to work accurately and independently
•  Works on problems of moderate to complex scope

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Good analysis and problem solving skills;
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and the Java programming language;
• Knowledge of databases;
• Experience with Unix/Linux;
• Must be an Object Oriented thinker!
  

Specific Competencies:

• Show interest in the financial industry

Seniority level:

At least 2 years of relevant experience
