Leadership TeamDean Goodermote, Executive Chairman and CEONew York, NYMr. Goodermote has dedicated his career to accelerating the growth of young software companies. He has a wealth of experience working across various sectors including Financial Services. He was previously Chairman and CEO of Double-Take Software, a leading publicly-traded infrastructure software company that was acquired by Vision Solutions. Additionally, he has led two companies through the Initial Public Offering process on NASDAQ and three others to yield heightened success through mutually advantageous mergers. The companies Mr Goodermote has led have received acclaimed recognition, including Business Week's Top 100 Growth Companies, Fortune Magazine's Top 200 Small Companies, CIO Magazine's Top 100, Deloitte and Touche's Technology Fast 500, New England Fast Fifty, the Boston Globe's Top Ten, and the INC 500. Mr. Goodermote has also held numerous board positions, both public and private. He actively participates in many non-profit ventures and is currently on the Health Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and chairs the Advisory Board for its Center on Refugees and Disaster Response. Mr Goodermote is also on the Board of Trustees at both the Berklee College of Music and the New England Aquarium. In addition to these roles, he also teaches and holds an Honorary Professorship of Entrepreneurship at HHL - Leipzig (Germany) Graduate School of Management. Peter Bennfors, Chief Financial OfficerNew York, NYAs CFO, Peter Bennfors plays a crucial role in helping to develop and implement Asset Control’s business strategy and expansion. Prior to Asset Control, he was Operations Director with the Treasury and Capital Markets group at Misys, also serving as CFO at the same group, and was CFO of the Summit Systems Group. Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having started his career at Price Waterhouse in the UK. (In alphabetical order by last name) Claudia Giunta-Coello, Vice President and General CounselNew York, NYAs general counsel, Claudia Giunta-Coello manages Asset Control's legal affairs with emphasis on the transactional aspects of Asset Control's business and all facets of IT licensing. She has law degrees from the University of Catania in Italy, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Georgia. Claudia trained and was a Research Officer at the International Labor Organization, a U.N. agency, in New York. Prior to joining Asset Control in 2002, she served as counsel in the legal department of the International Monetary Fund. Claudia is admitted to practice law in Italy and in the U.S. where she is a member of the New York Bar. Arend Leutscher, Vice President, Human ResourcesBeetsterzwaag, The NetherlandsAs VP Human Resources, Arend Leutscher provides leadership and coordination of company HR functions including the development and implementation of strategies and programs, as well as overseeing general affairs and employee and organization development. Prior to Asset Control, Arend was director of human resources for a pay TV technology company and held various leading human resources positions in different technology companies, such as Apple Computer and General Electric. Robert Revesz, Vice President ServicesNew York, NYRobert is responsible for mapping the Asset Control product suite to fully meet our exact client requirements, ensuring seamless integration within our client’s organization and infrastructure and delivering successful projects on time, every time. Robert has over 10 years of experience working on Asset Control client engagements, delivering project successes across North America, Europe and Asia. He is an expert in understanding exactly what is needed to accelerate both project success and client satisfaction. Before Joining Asset Control, Robert delivered system integration projects internationally for workflow and document management initiatives focused on large and complex repositories of content. In addition to technological implementations Robert is widely acknowledged for establishing optimized business processes that ensure lasting implementations with proven ROI. Tim Versteeg, Vice President, Product ManagementLondon, UKTim Versteeg is responsible for delivering Asset Control solutions that meet market needs in financial data management. He leads the product strategy, covering both product marketing and product development. Spending the majority of his career at Asset Control based out of different locations and in a wide variety of roles, Tim has over 10 years of experience within data management from an internal development & product as well as from an external sales & consultancy perspective. Prior to joining Asset Control, he setup and managed his own software company. Tim holds a masters degree in finance and investment. |
