Account Managers

Asset Control’s account management group provides customers with an advocate and point of contact for all service needs. Established to ensure customer requirements are satisfied consistently, Asset Control introduces account management at the start of implementation to oversee the best interests of the customer.

Account managers also communicate product updates and enhancements on a regular basis to ensure customers have the opportunity to incorporate new functionality into their environments on a timely basis. In addition, account managers proactively solicit and forward customer feedback to Asset Control’s product managers for future product enhancements.
