Asset Control’s Professional Services group provides consulting, implementation and configuration services. Our seasoned project managers and IT consultants across Europe, Asia and the US provide clients with local resources wherever and whenever they are needed.

Based on our extensive experience with complex project implementations, we’ve developed a proven implementation methodology that provides well-defined implementation phases to ensure time-to-market and budget controls are met, and the implementation is smoothly and successfully performed. During these implementation phases, we help to manage knowledge transfer, project scope, and on-time delivery. Our proven methodology consists of four main phases:

Analysis and Design

We gather all of the information required to successfully create a system prototype, technical design documents, and a timeline for implementation.

Prototype Construction / Workshop

We configure the system to conform to the customer’s business requirements, and present it to the customer. Any required changes are detailed and the system is configured accordingly.

Final Construction

Final product configurations and a production version of the system are completed.

Deployment and Support

The system migration and roll-out schedules are implemented, users are trained on the system and general help desk support begins.
