Help Desk & Online Support

If you are a first-time user of our Request Tracker system, please send an email to helpdesk@asset-control.com to request an account.  To check the status of a recent question or request, simply login using the email address provided to you by our support staff. If you have additional questions, you may contact the help desk at https://helpdesk.asset-control.com.
